LIW QUALITY!!!
Had a painter paint m lanai 3 coats? Prepped it primed and sanded it came off a week later! I now have to redo this and hire painter again. This is garbage paint Behr is a joke do not purchase!!!

Hi Debbie, thank you for the review. I’m sorry to hear that our Porch and Patio Floor Paint is peeling after a week. This is not typical, and I can understand your disappointment. If the surface of the lanai is concrete, I recommend removing the loose coating by either power washing or sanding, then etching the bare concrete. After the floor is etched and cleaned apply our Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer and then re-applying the Porch & Patio Floor Paint. Hi there, thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear that the Porch and Patio Paint is already peeling. I recommend removing the loose coating by sanding, scraping. or power washing at a low level.
If the surface is bare concrete I recommend etching the surface an applying our Concrete & Masonry Bonding Primer #880 before reapplying the Porch & Patio Paint.
If the surface is wood, I recommend cleaning the surface with our All-In-One Cleaner #63 and priming the surface with our Interior/Exterior Multi-Surface Primer #436 before reapplying the paint. High traffic floor
Looked thick like it would cover well but it didn't. Had to paint the stairs twice but brown kept showing through so i called Sherwin williams who is having a paint shortage and the lady told me with this low quality paint i would beed a blocking primer that i paid more for than the paint. After the primer it took two more coats of this crap.

Our Porch & Patio Floor Paint will typically cover in 1-2 coats over a previously painted or stained surface. If your stairs are made of bare wood, it's best to prime them with something like our Kitchen, Bath & Trim Primer before painting. We'd like to learn more about your project and assist. Needs to Be Removed from the Shelf
Product is not good, should be removed from the shelf. Takes 4 weeks to dry in 80degree weather. Can't walk on it without wearing socks. Fixed multiple times. Gardner ruined it 2x. Requires Mop to clean. One small rain & it is ruined. Don't waste $/time.

First of all sort out some of the negative reviews by knowing this is not an epoxy floor covering - It's paint. It is also a fraction of the cost of more expensive and durable epoxy coverings out there. That being said I used this paint on a basement floor and it covered well. Clean the area first and apply the paint. We rolled it on the floor and it was a breeze. In a few short hours you could walk on it with socks, 24 hours no nicks or scratches from the dogs nails and in 48 hours we were able to slide the washer and dryer back into position with no lifting or peeling of the paint. I'm sure there will be scratches and touch ups that will be needed, but again - it is a paint and that should be expected. Overall, coverage was good, odor wasn't too terrible and dissipated quickly, and so far holds up to lots of pet activity inculding many a spilled water bowl. I'm quite pleased with the results.
