Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not hold up well Purchased the floor sealer and 1 part epoxy paint wish I had spent the money and went with the epoxy kits ended up costing me more ! Ground the floors with a cement grinder pressure washed and then applied 2 gallons of sealer. After 24 hrs dry time applied 2 coats of 1 part epoxy paint 4 gallons 800 sq ft. 6 months later foot traffic and car traffic leaving bare spots also weed eater leaked gas and paint just bubbled both my sons did the epoxy kits and 10 years later they still look great. Very disappointed costly mistake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great. BUT ONLY if you follow the directions. If you do not etch the concrete to at least 150 grit it will not work. They are not exaggerating. Every square inch of surface must be roughed. I've done different slabs around the house. On one i left the slightes smooth spot and it allowed the pain to fail. T The other slab i did perfectly and have driven excavators and bobcats over the paint and it did not effect it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Concrete Covering following Instructions Applied to a Sun Room that opens to the house interior and exterior subject to extreme wear and some water. The room has a concrete flood to which we applied 1-part Epoxy last year, but without proper application preparation. As might be predicted it did not hold up well. In June of this year, I sanded and prepared the floor properly and reapplied the Epoxy.To date it is holding up well with expectations for good wear. We chose a bright color that both sweeps and washes easily. In a high wear area on front of the outside door, we placed a mat to prevent excessive wear. For the next year or more we will continue to evaluate the 1-part Epoxy, but it appears to be a very good product that will stand the test of time and wear. The first reason can be described as the ease of use, which entails the application procedure. All that I needed to do was to put the priming bond on first then apply this great paint. The second reason: the impact that it had on my street was at first curiosity. Neighbors would walk up to the driveway with a surprising look and smile. Last, but not least, it gave our house a big boost in value because the color of the driveway blended in with the color of the bricks of our house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The first time we used a primer because well it was the first time we were doing it and it went on perfectly. Now several years later it needed freshening up so we used the same product in the same color except we did not need the primer coat because what we had put down several years earlier was still holding up great! We use all Behr paint products for our home and especially love the paint and primer ones. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard as a Rock! Make sure you clean up any spots you didn't want pained quickly. Use heavy masking tape as this will leach through generic painters tape. I used this on my pool deck. First coat lasted four seasons. This is supposed to be the upgrade. Plan on at least two coats for even coverage. I had enough for three both times with a little left over (5 gallons.) It gets heavy use and is exposed to extreme temps and chlorinated pool water. I wouldn't use anything else.
