The BEHR PREMIUM PLUS Ceiling Paint features a durable, acrylic-latex formula that is specifically designed for use on previously painted or primed interior ceilings. Is this good ceiling paint for a bathroom?

Will this hide areas in the ceiling where some of the previous paint has chipped? If the area has been sanded and loose paint removed, does it have to be perfectly smooth?
