Why does the calculator say 540sf at one coat i would need 6 gallons. Then under specifications it says covers up to 2,000sf. Also says covers between 250-400 gallons. The calculator is at 90sf a gallon.

I bought behr ultra and made Swiss coffee. Flat for my roof. I’ve coated roof twice and still looks streaky. And also has a sheen to it. What is going on ?
