BEHR ULTRA Exterior Paint & Primer delivers excellent durability and stain-blocking properties. Paint with peace of mind, BEHR ULTRA Exterior Paint resists rain in as little as 60 minutes after application. This satin enamel sheen gives your home’s siding, trim and fences a pearl-like finish that also looks great on doors, trim and masonry. *A PRIMER COAT MAY BE NEEDED ON SOME SURFACES. SEE BACK LABEL FOR DETAILS.
  • Ideal for application on wood, vinyl, stucco, aluminum, metals, steel, doors, windows, trim, shutters, garage doors and outdoor furniture
  • Satin enamel sheen offers a pearl-like appearance
  • Excellent hide; 1 gallon covers up to 400 sq. ft. depending on application, color and surface porosity
  • On semi-smooth surfaces, use a high quality 3/8 in. - 1/2 in. nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or an airless sprayer (0.015 in. - 0.021 in. spray tip, 60 mesh filter). On rough surfaces, use a high quality ¾ in. - 1 in. nap roller cover
  • Use BEHR ULTRA Paint as a primer for repaired or uncoated surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (two primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas. Lock in stains with the first primer coat; if necessary, apply a second primer coat of BEHR ULTRA Paint
  • Apply product on dry substrates when air and surface temperatures are between 35°-90°F (2°-32°C) and will remain between 35°-90°F (2°-32°C) for at least 4 hours after applying
  • Extra-protective finish guards against damage from sunlight and moisture for a long-lasting freshly painted look with minimal maintenance

Great quality, excellent value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Consumer Reports, and choosing one of their highest rating exterior paints was important in my decision to use Behr. Paying less for a high quality Behr paint than a more expensive inferior paint was also a nice bonus! We had the entire outside of our house painted with Behr, and it now looks amazing. We even felt confident enough in the quality of the paint that we chose to paint all of our fascia boards and trim with a dark shade of black -- which is typically not a good idea when the sun is always beating down on it. Now we are looking forward to not having to paint our house again for many years!

    One Of My Favorites
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this paint for both exterior and interior trim. It provides excellent coverage, has a good open work time (doesn't get sticky or globby when trying to cut the perfect line), and dries to a smooth satin finish with just the right amount of sheen. I'm very picky when it comes to paint and only use a couple of brands that I know are tried and true. Behr Ultra is on my list.

              EASY To USE
