- Suitable for family rooms, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kids’ rooms and hallways
- Eggshell sheen offers a soft velvety appearance
- Excellent hide; 1 gallon covers up to 400 sq. ft. depending on application, color and surface porosity
- Use a high quality 3/8" - 1/2" nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or airless sprayer (.015" - .019" spray tip, 60 mesh filter)
- Use BEHR ULTRA paint as a primer for properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (two primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas. For heavy stains, test for stain bleed-through by applying BEHR ULTRA as a topcoat to a small section. If bleeding continues, a longer dry time is needed before top coating.
- Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90°F (10-32°C). Darker colors may require additional dry time between coats. Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may prolong drying time

Love the coverage and durability

The ONLY paint I buy!

Love this paint!

Pay close attention
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have imperfections on your walls, they will stand out with this paint. We tried to correct some wall imperfections but the paint would not cover the correction with the first coat or the second coat.

Great coverage

Goes on easy and yes, you may have to two coat but it depends on the color that you are painting over,, I would recommend it to anyone novice to pro,, I have been painting for over 40 years.

Tuff paint for family's that are tuff on things
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive used many Behr products ,and have always been pleased. I have the house that the neighborhood kids seem to hang out at. With two kids of are own , two cats and a very large dog ,it gets crazy around here at times. There are not many walls in our place that don't have a scrape or scratch somewhere. So I decided to try the Behr Ultra scuff defense paint on the fireplace walls that were really beat up from a lot of action/kids in the area. First thing after opening up the can I noticed that the consistency seemed thicker than usual, but after cutting in my first corner I was in love, the paint just lays down so smooth and effortlessly . And so far so good at holding up crazyness we call life around here. I would highly recommend this paint especially for high traffic areas.
