      Great quality and shape!
When I received my order I was surprised with how great the quality of these plants is! They are super healthy and well shaped. The packaging is absolutely top notch which insured safe travel without broken branches or other damage. The price is very reasonable especially for such great quality plants. We will definitely be buying more in the future

      Vigorous grower BUT severely rootbound
Very pleased with the giant sized tree & this was the 2nd one id ordered. The only downside is that this is the most "rootbound" plant I've ever seen. The roots were like a ball of cement, I soaked it for an hr but still no change seeing as there was no soil there to dissolve. Both pots were split due to the root ball but this one I had to really break/cut the root ball hopefully to give the roots a chance to spread out & grow. This has got me worried-hoping this does not die on me instead.

        Nice looking shrub
It is hard to review this now because the true test of is whether it is still alive after a season. I can’t even plant it for a couple of months because we are having temperatures below 0 F / -18 C overnight right now, the ground is frozen solid and we have about 6” of snow on the ground. It arrived looking partly golden but also brown at the top. I think it was too dry so I’m trying to get it healthy before I plant it out, but I’m worried about over watering it which is what I often do. I have a lot of trees in my yard and I need to find a sunny spot, so I have two months to think about it! The photos of this shrub online look good, so I hope mine turns out the same.

        Big and nice tree
I have this shrub about a month ago and come in a box in a plastic tob of green and few yellowish leaves. The shrub is very taller than I was expected and healthier. I am planning to plan the shrub in warm weather. I am very happy to have the plant. I like to plan the shrub and see to good healthy plan in future. The most important part of the plan is the one of the healthy plant.

A great alterative to a solid fence
BELL NURSERY 3 Gal. Amber Gold Arborvitae (Thuja) Evergreen Shrub We are experimenting with various plant screenings. This one seems just about perfect. It gets to six feet in height and maybe 30 in width. Making it an excellent choice against a fence. Very hardy once established. It arrived full green and then I had a frost and turned a lovely golden yellow. A great alternative to a closed in fence

        Golden Emerald Arborvitae Jantar
We chose this rub to work in our landscape in our backyard. The hardiness of this plant is good for temperatures of -30°F. When planting this shrub make sure the hole is twice as wide as the root ball. Dig the hole deep enough so that the shrub will be even with the ground surface. Then fill the hole around the shrub with native soil and then use and all purpose fertilizer. Make sure to water the scrub thoroughly then add a layer of mulch around the shrub. This will help with retaining moisture around the root ball. When watering water at least 2 to 3 times per week until established. If planting other shrubs space them at least 4 to 5 feet apart. I love the fact that it is an evergreen and is also low maintenance and adding curb appeal to your property.

        Much larger than I expected
We just received our new Amber Gold Arborvitae and are very happy with the health of the plant as it arrived. Almost 4 foot tall in the pot it came in and currently in it’s winter color as you would expect. I have some 5 gallon growing bags and this pot fit perfectly into one. Will keep it safe until the spring and transplant it then next to the pool. Is a full sun plant, but need to avoid extreme high or low temps.

        Dwarf Arborvitae 'Little giant'
I'm updating and replacing some of my landscape bushes. I wanted something that would add some different color, and not grow too big or too fast. I wanted to keep my landscape trimming to a minimum, and I think this 'Little Giant' dwarf arborvitae will be ideal. The ground is still frozen, so I have to wait a month or so to plant. I'll keep in the sunroom for a while until ground thaws. Looks good and healthy.

        beautiful seasonally color changing evergreen
We just received our 3 Gal Amber gold Arborvitae (Thuja) evergreen shrub and it is absolutely beautiful. It is currently mostly green but I can't wait for the temperature to drop as it will then turn orange-yellow. It will eventually grow to 10-15 feet tall and around 3 feet wide. As with most evergreens it prefers full sun and acidic soil. It has no fragrance or blossoms, and is not supposed to attract or deter wildlife. We will keep an eye on it and while it is still small will use deer repellent as needed. It arrived very well packaged and in great shape, ready for planting. With a zone 4 hardiness rating (-30 to -25 degrees F.), and with it being both drought tolerant and disease resistant, we should be able to enjoy this evergreen for many years.
