Q:What are the actual dimensions at the time of purchase? I?m thinking of using them as a small centerpiece at an event so I wouldn?t want them to be more than 8 inches high so they wouldn?t interfere with people speaking with each other at the table.

Hardy Mums
Who doesn't love Mums in the fall? I wouldn't have thought to purchase mums online but I thought I'd give it a try and these mums are hardy and healthy!! They measured approximately 17 1/2" from top to bottom and are approximately 17" to 20" in diameter. The planter/container is about 5 1/2" deep and in diameter. The flowers are white with purple tips and smell very fragrant! They came packaged in a very safe way. These are beautiful mums for the fall season!!

Wonderful white flowers for autumn highlight color
I need different colors in the autumn other than brown, red, and evergreens - these plants give a wonderful pop of white in my yard. They are healthy, green leaves and sturdy stems, with flowers in bloom and buds yet to open. I left them in the pots they arrived in, set them on my patio table for now as my foreground highlight, will plant in the ground later.

Very nice.
These plants are a decent size and arrived very well packaged and in great condition for the amount of time they were in transit. The plant leaves, flowers and stems were all intact and ready for transplant into a new container or the ground. All you really have to do is fluff out the stems a little and give them a bit of water and they were ready to bring some life to the patio.

Beautiful Chrysanthemum's
The BELL NURSERY USA, LLC. 3 Qt. White Chrysanthemum Plant in 8 in. Grower Pot (2-Pack) were shipped and delivered by FedEx. The chrysanthemums were packaged very securely and wrapped with a protection wrap. The outer box has instructions to remove the plants immediately and give them a drink of water. Both plants were with buds and blooms that are absolutely gorgeous and very healthy. Just in time for the Fall.

Large, healthy and beautiful chrysanthemums arrived in perfect condition
These two gorgeous white chrysanthemums were expertly grown and packed. They arrived with moist soil and no broken branches. After taking them out of the box, when I pulled off the plastic cone that was protecting each of them, they opened like fireworks. They are so pretty that they would make a very nice shipped gift. I planted them in two different sunny locations, because I don’t like to plant bedding plants even numbers. Sometimes when things come in pairs, I buy three pairs, and divide the six plants into two sets of three. We planted the two chrysanthemums in holes that were about 2 feet in diameter, with a bevel on the edge, and about 14 inches deep, using a 50/50 mix of native soil and organic soil booster. Then we mulched them and watered them in. They are as big as a small shrub and they look beautiful. I am so happy to have found an excellent source of this shipped marvel.

Simply Beautiful!
This is a TWO PACK of beautiful, full grown and healthy White Chrysanthemum plants, often abbreviated as "Mums." The mums ship in a heavy cardboard box, wrapped in plastic/cloth. They are so easy to plant; simply dig a hole larger than the base, spread in layer of potting soil at the bottom, remove the base from the plastic container, place the plant base into the hole, fill the gaps surrounding the base with potting soil and some of the dirt you removed, and recover with dirt with mulch, and you are done. Then, give them a nice drink of water. Since there are two plants in this bundle, you can fill in bar spots in your garden which is what I did, or flank other objects. Four days after I planted these flowers they sprang to life and look beautiful. When mums bloom, they can last from a month to a month and a half (or more). Plant them in a sunny spot.

Very full and healthy looking!
These Bell Nursery White Chrysanthemums arrived in excellent condition with so many buds ready to burst into bloom. And they smell wonderful! They were beautifully packaged with extra care taken to keep them safe from damage in transit. Although the box was clearly labeled "This Side Up", it was delivered laying on it's side. Fortunately, due to the excellent packaging, the plants were in perfect shape and ready to go. I was very impressed with the product and will be purchasing from Bell Nursery in the future.

One was more of a butter/cream color
Arrived very quickly, packaged well and in beautiful shape. Both were comparable in size and all of the buds were healthy, but one had begun to bloom a bit more than the other. The next day, after more the blooms opened, it became apparent one was more of a 'butter' color (not yellow / not white), while the other is plain white. This would not have been obvious at the time they were sent. I actually really like the 'butter' color. It's a good fall color, but now I kind of need another color to place between the white and the butter, so I'll just grab one in orange this weekend. I also received a bush from this same grower that is super healthy and absolutely gorgeous.

Just beautiful!
I love mums and this is one of the best plants to have for fall color in your landscape. These Bell Nursery white chrysanthemums (mums for short) arrive safely packaged. Don’t be afraid to order online for these mums. They were just starting to bloom a pretty white with a slight yellow center. This is a two pack which is nice too! I planted right away in my landscape. It’s nice to get the hardy mums which are the chrysanthemum morifolium so even in my zone 5 they sometimes come back for a few seasons. Just what I need to brighten the landscape after the spring and summer flowers are either gone or fading.

One of the healthiest mums ever
Got this two-pack of mums from Bell Nursery, and am really pleased with the plants. They are hands-down some of the healthiest mums I've ever gotten from any grower. The soil and foliage arrived pest-free, which is not always the case with other growers. The leaves are thick and sturdy enough to stand up to immediate transplantation into the garden, or just to drop into a pot for the front porch. A lot of buds on these babies, too, so they are ready to burst into a great show.
The one drawback with these was that the soil level was a bit low in the pots during growing. This resulted in a little less of a root ball than I'd like to see for transplanting into the tough conditions of North Carolina's weather. The roots on one plant were not as fully formed because of the low and loose soil in the pot. However, they should do just fine with the kinder weather system found during fall planting.
