Q:The warning came with the bidet that cleaning chemicals can damage the bidet, to only use water and a soft cloth to clean. Does this mean not to clean the seat and surrounding area with sanitizing cleaners? That can't be right.

Game Changer!
That’s the only way I can describe this. I feel better, use no TP and am cleaner than ever. The heated water is a must in northern climates and the dryer works great. I’ve used a Tushy before but, cold water is numbing… This is a great seat and the remote controls work great.

Received and installed my Bio Bidet last week it is The Most Comfortable seat in the house, sorry Lazy Boy you have been replaced 😆. I really enjoy the warm seat and dry air on my Derrier .

easy to install
arrived in the mail today and installed by myself in about an hour. the hardest part was taking off my original toilet seat. excited to figure out all the features and really like the wall remote.

Fantastic product. Love it
Purchased this product to replace a BB-i3000 that I had for quite a few years. Could not be happier with the seat.This is the third BioBidet product that I have purchased so far (I also have a SlimOne) It has great features, warm water, warm dryer air, quite luxurious!! Water works so much better than TP. It is so easy to install. Installed it in under 15 minutes. Every home should have one.

So fresh and so clean!
I just installed this yesterday and already I'm so excited! The heated seat is awesome and the customization of water temperature, pressure, and angle is awesome. The only part I wasn't overly impressed with is the dryer doesn't do a great job drying in my opinion. Otherwise I love it!

A New Level of Clean!
I bought this due to my Greek spouse’s preference to “washing over wiping”. After installing, now I understand and embrace the concept! Easy to install (and I am not a DYI kinda guy) and use straight out of the box. I will think about installing one on every toilet in the house! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This bidet is a luxury item! We had to install a ground fault receptacle close to the toilet to run it, but other than that it was easy to install! It is worth it just to have a heated toilet seat! The rest of the gadgets are a bonus! It has a variety of options in positions and strength of flow and water temp. This has helped my husband so much with taking care of business! It can even assist with the ‘action’ with the vortex setting! Sounds gross to be discussing this, but, hey, we all do it! The remote fits on its holder nearby, so you don’t have to touch the toilet seat, except when your behind sits on the sensor so it knows you are there! The little fan ventilator confused our cats at first, but it does the trick! All quiet and comfy! The dry blower finishes up with a warm tush, just right! Thanks BioBidet! And we saved a lot of toilet paper!

Life changer
I bought this as a Mother’s Day present to my self and it has changed not only my life but my children’s. We have literally not used a single toilet paper since.
