very uncomfortable
Seat is smallish which is ok, but not great. The cushion is very thin and after a few minutes the vinyl will start sticking and you will feel whatever hard surface is beneath the thin cheap seat cushion foam.

I feel like it's going to break when I sit on it. The chair is smaller than I expected as well. It appears to be identical to the HF chair. Not exactly what I wanted, but will use it until it breaks.

I purchased this stool not as a mechanic, but as a second seat at my computer desk. Same height as my office chair and goes under the desk when not in use, and the wheels work just fine on the hardwood floors, I expect they would well on carpet as well. Having a second person viewing the computer screen has been an issue, but this stool has fixed that !

I am using this adjustable seat for labors around the house and even painting lower areas like baseboards. It works very good specially because you can move around with the weels. The only reason I rate it’s a 4 is because the cushion. I felt that it will be more nice is the cushion could be a little stronger. Other than the seat it’s fantastic.
