You probably could, but I'm not sure you should. I've never found a circular saw to be precise enough for such work.

The blade bolt comes with it. Take it back and get another one.
I think it's just for minor use. Do not expect it to cut through hard/thick wood, otherwise it will keep struggle and the battery will die sooner. Try to get a more fine blade, it may help or just upgrade to a more professional saw.
