These 36 inch steel terrain sawhorses are worth every penny. I actually have a set of these and this is my second set, as I use them so often and have loved them, that I decided to get a second set for bigger projects. Since I already have them, I can say they are built to last. They are made of steel so they are durable, sturdy, and level. They also break down very easily and into a slim design for easy keeping-and it also makes transport if needed with them, easy to do. Highly recommend.

The Bora Steel all terrain sawhorses are a product that finally came along. Theses are nicer than traditional sawhorses and they don't wobble or become unstable. These are fantastic. They are easy to assemble and easy to use. These are very sturdy and can handle a lot of weight. The only issue would be, when opening your fingers can get pinched if you don't follow assembly instructions properly. I definitely would commend these!

The BORA 36 IN. STEEL ALL TERRAIN SAWHORSE (2-PACK) is a great addition to your workshop and are a must-have if you are a contractor traveling to worksites. These are light-weight, but sturdy and can handle uneven terrain due to a unique design in the way the legs deploy. They're a great width, a full 42 inches wide. The legs on each end twist to a 45 degree angle, allowing one leg to be shorter than the other to allow for uneven ground. The legs fold up into the horizontal part for storage and travel. A locking mechanism keeps them secure. Once the locking mechanism is relased, gravity will allow the legs to unfold and they can be spread to a 45 degree angle with minimal effort. Cutouts and bolt holes are installed so you can add sacrificial 2x4's on the horizontal piece. Like most Bora products, these are well-made, durable and practical.

I have had the opportunity to use other metal sawhorses and these Bora sawhorses are lacking in some areas. However, they are still significantly better than wood sawhorses. They are easy to set up and take down. Also, you do not have to worry about which side goes in first. The legs do not extend - which can be good and bad. These are easier and quicker to set up since you do not have to extend the legs. However, even though the legs swivel for rough terrain, you do not have the luxury of actually extending the legs. The weight capacity for these sawhorses is 750 pounds each whereas some others have a capacity of 1300 pounds each. Probably one of the most annoying issues is the lack of handles. You have indentions to help hold the sawhorses but no actual hand holds. Also, the locking mechanism is easy to use but at the same time is easy to accidently unlock which causes the legs to fall out.

I had for some time wanted a nice set of saw horses but did not want to take up a lot of space in...
I had for some time wanted a nice set of saw horses but did not want to take up a lot of space in my garage storing them when not using them. I was quite impressed when I saw the PM-4520 All Terrain Sawhorses and the many nice feature they have so I got a pair of them. Some of the many things I really liked about the sawhorses were just how easy it was to set them up…just undid the plastic catch on the bottom side of them and holding the saw horse just gave a gentle shake and both sets of the legs just popped out and I then just pressed the locking crossbar on the legs in to place…THEY were ready to go! While they are light in weight and easy to handle, they are very sturdy. I used them for the very first time in my driveway doing a project with my 26 y/o son who was also impressed with them too. We built 2 Screech Owl houses and cut all the wood on them…then moved them close together for a work area to assemble the houses. The textured area on the top of the saw horses was nice to keep things from slipping off. All in all, I am very impressed with the saw horses in how compactly they store and how easy they are to deploy and use! I do certainly recommend them!

A rugged yet portable sawhorse that will support 750 pounds (1500 pounds for a pair of them), this mostly metal sawhorse provides a stable platform for holding one's work at a comfortable height and easily folds up for storage or relocation to a different location. The legs can be folded and put in the “stored” position in either order. The first leg set is “captured by the configuration of the sheet metal horse body, and the second is secured by a snap latch. The latch is, unfortunately, made of plastic and care will be required in use to not damage it (it is best to put it back in the latched position after unfolding the two leg sets). The construction is fairly robust, but not so heavy that each horse can’t be carried about to the job site. Depressed areas in the horse body are provided for gripping, however if one is trying to carry this with gloves on, there is not as much positive grip as with a dedicated handle. The work surface of the horse is provided with a non-slip material to minimize the work from moving about and holes are provided in the work surface to attach sacrificial wood to raise the work above the metal sawhorse surface to minimize damage when sawing. The legs can be unlatched and swiveled about to correct for uneven terrain if working outdoors (the STABLZ feature). The metal endcaps each have two pockets, one to accommodate 2X lumber horizontally (to elevate the work and/or join the two horses together for a more stable work surface), and one vertically which accommodates 1X lumber (or metal equivalent) to act as an end stop when working with or storing round stock. All in all, except for the plastic latch, this is a well-made and sturdy product.

These Bora sawhorses are "Next Generation," with lots of features I've never had in older sawhorses. The pivoting legs make it easy to level your work surface, and screwing in a 2x4 makes a stable work frame. Since they hold up to 3,000 lb per pair of sawhorses, that holds my wood, saws, etc. Also, it is super easy to fold these up in one step and store away. Old sawhorses were so time consuming to disassemble, that I left them up and they got in the way. These fold up fast and take up very little storage space.

These sawhorses are a game changer. They take about 5 seconds to set up. They adapt to ~3” of level change in the ground. They are designed to be built into temporary workbenches with supreme ease. At 750 lbs. capacity each, this absolutely will be a suitable worktop. When you put the 2x4 (or other 2-by dimensional lumber) into the lumber rails, all you have to do is drive a couple of wood screw into the existing pre-drilled brackets of both saw horses, and you’ve made the base for your workbench. This action makes the sawhorses so much more stable.
I set these up underneath my truck to slide out a new refrigerator by myself. I could bang it around, slide it roughly from side-to-side, and I was never in doubt that the saw horses would hold up. Virtually zero wobble.
Again, joining the horses with dimensional lumber will allow you to set up quickly wherever you work (in the woods, inside new construction, etc.), even on tough terrain.
Additionally, there are holes in the top of the horses. So, I was able to skip the lumber rails, use an impact + extension, and screw a thick board directly to the top of my saw horses. That made for an incredibly sturdy sacrificial cutting worktop!
I would caution you to inspect your product, as mine arrived with a rivet missing from the foot bracket, and with both a loose e-shaped retaining clip and washer laying in the bottom of the box. That tells me the load capacity of one of my sawhorses was compromised, but Affinity Tools/Bora replaced them both for me.
I highly recommend the product!

This all terrain sawhorse is suitable for any surface. It features many many great things but the most relevant is that the legs can adjust to make a triangle shape to get stability in the ground. It’s well designed, easy to handle and set up in no time. Two sawhorses can be set up for getting a bigger and larger work area at the job site using two 2”x4” and connecting them through the notches that are on the side of each sawhorse and secure them with screws. The legs are secure by a lock underneath the sawhorse and no matter what pair of legs put away first doing this saves room when storage or carrying in the truck. I now have a nice outfit table for my table saw and some other applications needed for.
