AnswersYes, it comes without the wheels attached, so I suppose you could just not attach them. You would probably need to at least get some felt glides or something to put over the spots where the wheels attach, but that should be pretty easy.

Chair is comfortable and I like that the seat is adjustable. My back aches on a regular chair much quicker. My only issue is that I move around alot and I frequently hit the adjustment lever with my foot, causing my seat to sink down. I wish there were a way to lock it in place.

Seat is comfortable and works well for me. It is possible put one or both legs out off of the rest and sit, a question I had when deciding to purchase. The 2 negatives are:
1. the padding on knee rest could be better (I have sharp-boney shins),
2. front wheels do not turn well on the hard surface I have in my office.
I use everyday and love it.

This is a great starter chair for trying out a kneeling chair. I have arthritis in my lower back and I knew that a chair with this kind of pelvic tilt was what I needed to reduce pain during the day. Wasn't sure how much stress this would put on my shoulders (not having arm rests) and upper back (not having a back rest). As others have noted, the fabric on both the seat and shin pad will certainly be the first part to break down. I'm glad I got this though. Before this chair, I had at least minor back pain in my lower back about 4 evenings per work week. Since using this, I maybe do 1 evening per week. I still slouch sometimes, but I think I notice it quicker and can correct myself faster since there is nothing to lean against.
