Nice comfortable chair with 3 paddles
I received the Boss Office chair from Home Depot website order yesterday and I am very pleased with product delivery and assembling the chair. Chair has 3 paddles and paddles were pre-assembled so it did not take too much time to assemble rest of the chair. Chair has very good cushion and can be adjusted three ways. Height and depth of chair is very appropriate for petite sized people usually chair depth is too much for shorter people and chair will not allow back support however, this chair has all 3 best features in addition to bonus adjustable arm rest. I would recommend the chair especially affordable price. This chair is comparable to expensive office chairs.

I am happy with the comfortable-ness of the chair now...
I am happy with the comfortable-ness of the chair now that it is set up. Putting it together wasn't too hard but I wasn't familiar with the tilt aspect and learned as I assembled it. I had assumed the chair back would slide back and forth to lengthen/shorten the seat depth, but it turns out that the chair's adjustability is based on its angle. It doesn't slide. At first I didn't like the idea of tilting the back backwards because I like to sit up straight when I sit (not on my tailbone) and I figured if I tilted the back to a greater than 90 degree angle, then I would be leaning back when I sat down; but that doesn't seem to be the case. It seems to have a similar effect to sliding the back backwards. Maybe my lower back leans against the lower part of the chair back, and the upper part of my back doesn't touch. Whatever it is, it seems to be comfortable so far and I decided to keep the chair. The quality seems good overall, and worth the money.
