AnswersYes. It took two of us. The only hard part was attaching the arms to the back and seat and aligning the screws with the sockets buried in the upholstery. It probably is easier if you've done it before.

My old chair was over 20 years old and causing me back problems. Within 24 hours my back was feeling better. My only minor complaint is that this can be tough to put together by yourself. But, eventually I got it and it was worth it.

Eh, not the best chair for extended use
The chair was not too difficult to setup, but attaching the arms did require a bit of ingenuity and brute strength. At first, sitting on the chair was quite comfortable. I do wish the seat back was a little higher to rest my head, but not a deal breaker. However I am someone who uses their chair for 12-16 hours straight. After a few weeks of use, the seat cushion went flat and slanted. I guess if you are someone who doesn’t use their chair that long or on a daily basis, this chair is for you, but if you do, then keep looking.
