I got this because I was tired of going up and down ladders to get tools and parts. This 19-Pocket suspension rig you would think is over kill for most people but believe me its not. I have loaded it up with a lot of different tools and it will handle anything you want to put in it. I have come up with my own way of using it, It all depends on the job I will be doing. I have found the best setup for me and just use the pocket pouch that I need at the time. If I don't need two pocket pouch's I just remove the one I don't need. This makes it great for electrical work or roofing jobs working in the attic even pluming jobs. This thing is unlimited as to its use.
Now about the rig itself lets start with the harness, Its very comfortable the padding in the shoulder is not over padded so it does not get into the way but is enough that you can load it up and not fill like its cutting into you shoulders. The phone case on the shoulder strap is to small for most phones but its great for a small flash light that's what I use it for. I am 5'4" and I put the straps as short as I can go and it fits perfect. The harness hooks are well made and will not come unhooked by mistake. Now the heart of this rig is the belt it's 2" wide by 3/16" thick at the buckle and tong end and 3" wide By 3/16" where the pocket pouch hangs. Its stitched & riveted were they are connected and along the length. The Pocket pouch's are made the same way attached with leather stitched and riveted there is no way to tear this pouch off the belt. The pouch is thick double folded canvas material all stitched and with leather pads stitched on the outer pockets that works out great for keeping nail's or staples from coming through the bottom. The leather tool straps on the pockets are also riveted and stitched. This is just so well made you will never go wrong with this one.

I used this tool belt for a long project installing window trim. The tool pockets are generous and held everything I needed for the job and all the pockets were easily accessible even while on ladders, walk boards, and scaffolding. The size of this model is far too large for me as the belt is on the last hole and the suspenders did not shorted enough to really allow them to take any weight. Most of the time I used it without the suspenders. The hammer loop in the back was fairly useless to me but at least it can be removed. There really isn't a good spot on this tool belt to hold a cordless drill with a clip. I still like the product. It allowed me to carry squares, tape measures, pencils, prybars, hammer, nails, and several sheet metal shears and hand seamers with easy access to everything. It certainly is durable construction.

So I got to try this harness and it didn’t disappoint.
The leather is very good quality and thick enough to last a long time. It has a lot of compartments that can easily fit tools for either a framer, electrician or just a regular handyman. The shoulder padding makes a huge difference once you put weight on it, it doesn’t hurt your shoulders. The harness provides several spots for a hammer and it will secure it without having to worry about dropping it. It makes it easy to climb poles as well. It is worth it. The only thing is that it won’t fit bigger phones. If you try hard enough you can make it fit but hard to get out.

Fantastic Quality and comfort is built into this Bucket Boss hybrid suspension rig.
This “hybrid” has the perfect blend of top quality leather and super tough 2-ply poly fabric making for a hefty but lightweight tool belt. Belt fits up to 52 in. waists and the 2" wide belt fits through loops all the way around to prevent it snagging your hands and tools. You can cut it off if you wish but then you may not be able to use it in 10 years as you fill out. I have a 36" waist and there are 7 holes left to fit smaller waists with room to add more holes. All the straps are fully adjustable and well padded in the most important places for your comfort. The pockets are pretty much snag free. The inside small tool holder on one pocket is leather and could possibly catch something at the bottom as could the pencil pocket. AND you cannot forget the cell phone pocket. Using this rig you can work all day in comfort my friend.

I really am a big fan of the hybrid design on this rig. The mixture between leather and the fabric appears to be spot on for best comfort and durability. The shoulder straps are comfortable and I would have no issues wearing the rig all day. I like the bright colors, but some people may not, might think it's too flashy.
The pockets are spacious and durable. There are 19 pockets, but the set-up appears to be modular, so you could interchange them, but I left it as it was.

Ok, this looks great and I do love all of the pockets that are available. I also like the ability to slide the pouches around to fit where I want them to be. It's made out of top quality materials and I don't see this ever wearing out. I think the pockets are deep enough that tools and items won't spill out. The shoulder suspension system looks to be good.
That being said, now the constructive criticism. I don't know how rugged the swivels are, those will remain to be seen how durable they'll be. They look a little flimsy. This was made for a guy under 5'10" or so in height, maybe less. This should be able to be worn down on the hips with the suspension system carrying the load on the shoulders and resting snugly on the hips. I'm 6'1" and Ive got the suspenders fully extended and they're just a little too short. I'm going to look to see if they are to the full length again or possibly adding to the strap or webbing to lengthen them to properly fit. We shall see

The Bucket Boss Blue Leather Hybrid 19-Pocket Suspension Rig is amazing. The fit is perfect, and you cut the belt to size, and the shoulder harnesses are very comfortable. There are adjustments in the back and front to tighten up the shoulder straps. The pockets on this rig are large and roomy, and the barrel bottoms of the pouches make it easy to find what you're looking for and you don't have to worry about tiny knick knacks and tools getting stuck in stitched joints. There's a pocket in the shoulder harness to hold a radio or small phone, and there's a clip between the shoulder straps that conveniently holds the shoulder harnesses at a set distance and doesn't allow them to open up on you. The pouch materials are extremely durable and should hold up to sharp objects dragging against them. I had an older tool belt that tore too easily when screws or blades would drag against them and it wore out way to quickly. This rig should last a very long time. I definitely recommend, and the color of pouches makes it very easy to tell mine apart from everyone else's on a jobsite.

Bucket Boss….Blue Leather Hybrid 19 pocket Suspension Rig. This rig is a beast. Made of Heavy weight leather and heavy weight 1680D 2 Ply poly Fabric. This Rig is made for Heavy Duty use and is well thought out including the stitching is heavy duty but this Rig is surprisingly lightweight for haveing19 pockets and the adjustability is great. I really like the barrel bottom pockets even my cordless drill with battery seats flat in the pocket. The tool belt features Hammer and Drill holders, nail bag screw driver and pen holder and shoulder harness holds a cell phone if you are a Big Guy like me this Rig is for you. This is a Great product.

Extremely well made, lightweight but strong. All kinds of adjustments for height, weight, move pockets around, etc. The tool belt and harness are lightweight, but it can hold a lot of tools. I'm sure it could get quite heavy depending on what you're carrying. The rig can handle it. Pockets are well made and professionally stitched. I'll use it when working on a ladder. Until now I put my tools, parts, nails, etc in a bucket and bring it up the ladder. Everything is all mixed up in the bucket and if I want to move the ladder it's very top heavy with the added weight of the bucket. This is a much better solution as everything is separated so I can easily get to it. There's even a small pocket for a cell phone. Overall, a professional tool belt and harness.

This thing is huge! So much storage and lots of support for all those heavy tools! I immediately put it adjusted it to my size and loaded it up with some dewalt battery's and a few other random tools I had laying around. It distributed the weight nicely without feeling a pinch anywhere. Online downside I could see is if you're smaller than a 32 waist.. I wear 32 and only had 1 notch left on the belt.
