New build only!
This is near impossible to install in an existing structure with any ind of limited access. Nice fan...but be prepared.

Incredibly Awful Instructions
This fan was installed today. The instructions seemed straightforward. They were wrong.There was no explanation of how to take the fan apart in order to fit into existing construction. I'm a pretty handy guy and figured it out but it required about a dozen trips back and forth between my attic and my bathroom. The fan once installed seems quiet but there are literally hundreds of better option.
