Q:My faucet is only one year old but the water flow has diminished considerably where it is now just a little more than a trickle. My plumber flushed it out and cleaned all the parts. Connection hoses are new with no obstructions.

Disappointing
The faucet is visually pleasing, however we were sent an attachment that is for a sink with an overflow. We have a vessel sink with no overflow so we can’t use it. Returning, and afraid to order another.
(Also, the number they have provided other customers, automatically is sent to a full voicemail. We have an email out to them, but no response yet.)

I am not a fan
This arrived well packaged and without damage. The faucet is beautiful. It came with a pop-up drain. I would like to see 2 things, the drain valve connected instead of a pop-up AND a 3-hole base cover that could be mounted. If you have 3 holes there is no solution to mount this which I find odd for a highly priced faucet. This feature of a simple base mount that could be optional should have been included.

Fantastic Waterfall Bathroom Sink Faucet With Push-click Drain Assembly
I requested this BWE Waterfall Single Hole Single Handle Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet With Drain Assembly in Oil Rubbed Bronze from the Home Depot Seeds reviewer July campaign to use as a backup to the waterfall sink faucet we currently have in our bathroom. I examined this faucet's construction and it is identical from every aspect that I observed and so I have absolutely no problem recommending this product.
