Q:Is the one that is delivered the model with the two tone greyish trim? The photos look different than the customer photos. One is a reddish wood, and the customer photos are all with the two tone trim. I hope its the two tone trim??

Great fort!
This fort has great directions and goes together easily with some time invested. The wood is a little fragile in some spots but a good buy overall!

Kids love it
Husband and I bought this and put together ourselves(easy with directions but time consuming) for our girls 8 & 4. They loved it and have so much fun imagining all sorts of adventures in the fort or sandbox! Highly recommend

Turned out great, some pieces were not
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set earlier this year and its awesome! It looks great, the kids love it. However there was an obscene amount of different hardware that absolutely could have been more standardized rather than having 30 kinds of screws, 30 kinds of bolts. Assembly is not at all user friendly because of this. You spend 3/4 of the time trying to find the right pieces for each step. Also, it took enough time sorting all the pieces, wood and hardware, that they ended up sitting out for a few days until I could start and throughout assembly. During this time quite a few planks started to warp, crack, some way worse than others. It wasnt so bad at first so I started putting it together, by the end of it I'd wished I'd made a warranty claim but by that time I just wanted to get it finished. It looks good, the kids have fun, but assembly was made way more difficult than it could be, and the quality of the lumber was not great especially for the price.

Absolutely love it!
We bought this for our daughters birthday and she cannot stop playing on it. All the parts came with the order and it was easy to assemble, just took some time. High quality product that will bring years of memories!

Fabulous product
We replaced a smaller swing set with this and are thrilled with it! Our granddaughters love it! It was not difficult to put together as it has thorough instructions. The variety of swings, the slide, the climbing wall and so much more makes it to be so fun for the grands. We love that the slide is one piece. We are very pleased with it and can't wait to have years of memories made on it!

Difficult start, but happy ending
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to fulfill my own childhood dream of getting this for my son. I always dreamed of getting a playset like this when I was a child, but was never able to. So I got this for my son. It took about 3 days for my husband and I to put together (FYI he’s a mechanic and familiar with power tools and following instructions). It came in 4 boxes, and the pieces were not organized at all. I had to act an inventory person collecting all necessary pieces from each box, while my husband was in charge of installation. Sadly, 2 weeks after it was finished, we had a spontaneous wind storm that blew the whole thing over. We filed an insurance claim, and replaced it. It took about 2 days the next time around- we knew what we were doing this time, and we were able to save some sections from the first one which saved time. We anchored the next one with 4 cement footings. No problems with the second one. Despite all this hardship with it, my son loves it, and we don’t regret getting it at all. Very happy with this purchase.

Slide
We bought this for our grandchildren and they love to play on it! Ages 8 and 2 1/2.
We did seal off the monkey bars so our little one doesn't fall off. The 8 year old can still access the bars from the other end. Love this set and so do our grandkids!
