yes it does include the hoses very nice tank to dump 2 ft. hose with connectors on both ends and a1 ft. long piece of garden hose that has connectors on both ends to hook your garden hose to so you can wash out the tank after dumping

What kind of tires does this have? The picture shows plastic like tires, but all the videos I have seen it has air tires
