A:  As you can see from this description if is 5x5. They also have a 4x4 so check the fence post you are ordering.

A:  This comes in 5" x 5" and 4" x 4".

A:  I think it was 5".

A:  A glue that specializes in attaching vinyl to vinyl would work.

A:  Why glue them? What if you want to take them off? I wanted to take my old ones off and couldn't. I wouldn't glue them. I am trying them without gluing and will test them in the next hurricane. If they come off, I will instead put a small screw on one side to hold it in place. That way I can remove them easily if I ever need to.

A:  I would pre drill and use a (1) rust proff screw on unseen side, this could be removed easily in future if needed.

A:  My husband said that it said you could use regular glue, but he purchased a plastic adhesive (not at Home Depot).
