Ordered wrong size 3/4 and I must return to store...

Ordered wrong size 3/4 and I must return to store for credit. Tried to order correct size 1-1/8 but it went thru as store order instead of online order. None in stock but it showed there were some in stock. Call from store said order cancelled. I asked how do I order? No resolution. I gave up. Annoying. Product was good, just wrong size. Store service, not so much.
