Questions & Answers
Can I purchase an all metal assembly. Instead of the plastic wheel. They break constantly and a builder told me they make the all metal ones.
Sorry, we did have with this assembly with a stainless steel wheel. It is not available, as the door manufacturer that used those is no longer in business. There is a possibility we will have again in the future, but as of now, it is not available.
I've looked on YouTube but it seems this model is a bit different

The dimensions of the product are 1.125 W x 3 H x 3.25 D inches.
Is there a video or detailed instructions available to install the corner roller bracket? I cannot separate the frame to get to the bracket! HELP!!!
Don't know of videos, but you will have to remove screen from door, and remove screw that attach corner bracket to door frames. Easy setup Hardest parts is replacing screen in door But it is easier than you would think Just get the screen kit, and review video on YouTube on installing screen. Takes about 2 hours for removal/installation
