Can this be used on a glass top stove?

AnswerI wouldn’t. Sometimes extremely hot cast iron griddles can damage a glass top stove. And I speak from experience.

AnswerNo, it is cast iron, like a cast iron dutch oven. It is not ceramic coated, so it has to be cleaned differently.
