Dress up your home or commercial building with the Houstonian Standing Seam Metal Awning. This modular awning has an innovative design and step-by-step manual made for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) customers. The awning is perfect for doors, windows, and commercial store fronts. It can be installed on many different surfaces such as brick, stucco, siding, wood, and more. Each piece is made up of a professional grade steel and topped with high quality powder-coating that is offered in four different matte paint finishes: black, bronze, copper, and pewter. The awning comes with a flashing shroud allowing for rainfall to run directly down the slope of the awning. The Houstonian awning structure is durable and can withstand strong wind speeds and heavy snow. The Houstonian awning is available in sizes 44 inches to 104 inches. Multiple awnings can be installed side by side to provide shelter for wider entrances and walkways. This fixed awning has a 5 year limited warranty.

This product is poorly constructed. The screws it comes...
This product is poorly constructed. The screws it comes with are not strong enough and many of them broke while putting the awning together. As a result, I could not complete the installation and now this product is sitting in my garage, half together. I intend on attempting to return this item; however, since the screws are broken, I cannot take it apart to put it back in the box.

Overall a decent product which I used before. It's problem...
Overall a decent product which I used before. It's problem is cheap nuts and bolts. I live on the water in Florida and the bolts rust. Save yourself grief and use stainless even if it costs more. Also directions are ok but not great and everyone of these I has poor packaging
