The only problem I had was that the Velcro was too far down on the back of the chair. I purchased some additional Velcro, placed it on the chair and it looks great. The chair is awesome, very comfortable!

The color is much more of a bluer shade of gray. The fabric is very nice, soft and smooth. Easy to assemble. The fabric cover and Velcro on the back was not expected. It does not fit neatly, but the back of chair faces the wall so it's not visible. I would not like this look if the back of the chair were facing out. Chair is comfortable and easy to push to recline.
