I purchased the camera a while ago and for the last few weeks i have had " Video Interrupted" I have uninstalled and installed over 5 times, updated the camera, my wifi works fine on all other devices so that is not the issue. I moved it almost on top of my router, same issue. I depended on this camera to monitor my children while I am not there and unfortunately had to give up and purchase something else.

No image, sometimes only sound and most of the times connection errors. I thought it is my router but that doesn't explain why works just fine on browser.

Upon connecting to the camera, it will directly go to the viewing, and connect to the internet. While reading the guide it must have to register username and password to login. I have a problem now accessing it in the internet because it will prompt you to ask username and password. How to access it where it never asked me to register username and password from setup?
