The Camp Reynolds DIY kit offers 2 floors of unobstructed space. Plenty of room for storage or work area. This model includes a 20 ft. L dormer on 1 side of the gambrel roof. Four insulated windows with shutters are included. The dormer windows measure 28 in. x 38 in. The lower wall windows are 36 in. x 36 in. Shutters can be painted the color of your choice. The included staircase can be installed in any of the 4 corners to suit your needs. A single 36 in. W 9-Lite man door is the main entry to the first floor. Because this is a Do-it-Yourself kit you may choose different locations to install door and windows. If desired additional windows and doors can be installed during construction. The gable ends are designed to accommodate a single window at either end up to 44 in. x 47 in. Purchase these separately from your local Home Depot. Additional framing lumber may need to be purchased to rough in openings for doors and windows not included in the kit. Wall construction is 2x4s spaced 16 in. o.c. and include pressure treated bottom plates. Trusses are 2x6 spaced 24 in. o.c. Building can be constructed on a foundation that meets your requirements. Homeowner purchases material to build floor and foundation separately. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Siding is primed ready to paint the color scheme of your choice. Paint purchased separately. Shingles or metal roofing not included.

High side walls on the lower level can be insulated if desired. The loft area offers 7 ft. 1 in. of headroom at center with plenty of room for storage right up to the outside walls. The 'L' shaped stair can be positioned on either the right or left side of the wall opposite the double doors. The Virginia must be constructed on a floor, not included, appropriate to your needs.
