Fantastic family pool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this pool! It is the perfect size for my family of 4.
Install took 2 people just under three hours. My ground was level so I didn’t have to level the ground beforehand. The directions were easy to follow and I had all the necessary pieces. First I put together the ladder. Then we assembled the frame of the pool around the vinyl liner. Lastly we installed the pump, make sure you bleed the extra air out of the pump.
Filling the pool took about 13 hours with one 50’ garden hose.
We had the pool up and in use within one day. The water was chilly but they kids had a blast!
The pool is sturdy, and I would recommend this pool to others.

Wonderful

Comes with patches in case of hole. Took about 2 hours total to put it up with only 2 people. Box is a little heavy so have some help

So much fun too. Cooling off has never been so fun. I love the wicker pattern and the window. Pool is really sturdy and complete.

Loving Life in the Sun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this pool and glad we decided to get it. This pool is a beast at 16ft long and 48” high. The pool was easy to set-up with instructions and help from online videos. My husband and I put the pool up without needing to ask others for assistance. Once the pool was up I made sure my chemicals were balance with a pool strip tester that you will have to by separately; in fact you will also have to get a skimmer, brush, poles for the skimmer and brush, and a container to hold you chlorine in. You will also need to buy chlorine tablets and I would buy extra filters because this comes with just one filter. The pool comes with a ladder that has plastic steps and a metal base. I live in Arizona and I have had no issues with the ladder being hot. I have a large family and this pool fits all of us and we still have room for more-there is 8 of us. Since the pool has been up we we basically live in it. I am not sure why we waited this long for a pool. This is the best investment and I can’t wait to enjoy it year around.

Sleek look and easy build!

The look is sleek and the build was a breeze. The T connectors and C clips are genius and made building this 16’ pool a cinch. I had a different brand pool and got rid of it after one season because of how difficult it would have been to put back together again. The filter pump really does help to keep the water super clear.

Pool came with multiple holes. Worst customer service I’ve unfortunately...
Pool came with multiple holes. Worst customer service I’ve unfortunately ever been apart of. Was told to disassemble and return when full of water. After 3 hrs on hold and being hung up on twice I was given a false promise of a new liner. No one has reached out about that yet. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE $800+!

Leaking Liner
This pool has only been up for one week and we already have a leak in the liner. I tried filing a claim, but they want a picture of the defect. The defect is on the seam of the pool under the water. So, I can't take a picture of the defect. I bought this pool thinking it was a good product. I'm not so sure now.
