Thanks for your question Jk. This light fixture includes two diffused lumen maintenance trays on the LED which diffuse the light, protect LEDs, and allow for easy cleaning. I hope this information helps! Please reference the Specification Sheet and the Installation Guide links on this product page for more information.
This unit is not designed to be flush mounted as the cord comes out of the top. You can use the screw eyes and s hooks without any chain to install it close to ceiling.
Thanks for your question Blindinthebarn. For a space this size (60’x80’x16’), assuming there are no obstructions, we would recommend a quantity of 16. This would provide roughly 30fcs (classroom level lighting). If you have any additional questions please contact your local store's Pro Desk or give us a call direct at 855-490-3048. I hope this information helps!
Thanks for your question Rich. The Garage Light is not available with a pull cord. The Garage Light (Model #: BAS-SHL2-13050104100900) does not include an occupancy sensor. This model comes equipped with a 10 ft. power cord and S-hook mounting hardware and can be controlled by a standard wall switch. A single garage light is 16 times brighter than a 60-Watt bulb. If you have additional questions about installing a Garage Light in your space, please contact your local store's Pro Desk or you can reach us at 855-490-3048. I hope this information helps!

It's up to your ability as an electrician, but almost any light with a cord should be able to be hard wired, as long as you're going into an outlet or switch with the appropriate current.
