Fittings will corrode and destroy your outlets
The fittings on this hose appear to be made from pot metal or low-grade aluminum that literally turns to powder in a year or two and fuses with the standard brass fittings used for outdoor faucets and hose bibs. Then you will not be able to unscrew the hose fitting; the fixture you've attached it to will break before the collar on this junk will turn.
It's unfortunate that reviewers (if they're even real) don't come back to revise their gushing, five-star ratings with this critical information.

Sturdy, Functional, Tangle Free
I'm very pleased with my choice of the 50 ' version. This hose is sturdy, tangle free, light weight, flexible and very easy to store. I've been reading some of the reviews of this product, I must say that it is very important to read the manufacturer's recommendations and warnings before using the product and before making unfair and infantile review comments.
I've been using it every day with no problems at all. Unlike the pocket hoses it already extends to the length version in feet without the need of a nozzle and water pressure to expand, this makes it very convenient for low water flow applications. I would recommend the use of a quick hose connector kit for convenience and fast deployment.
I would highly recommend this product based on flexibility, light weight and tangle free design.

....they do not have the technology...
Bought hose in Sept last year and it started leaking in the spring. I'd BARELY used it. The "fitting" where the hose MEETS the "brass" is made of what looks like paper thin TIN (see photo - between the green plastic and the brass threading that the black handle attaches to). That's where it leaks. You can't see that in the photos though because that's what those "comfort grip handles" are meant to hide. "5 yr warranty" on box is patently false. Google it. I did, no mention of it on the website.

failed after 3 months of light use. junk
3 months of backyard use and it failed. at first it was a blockage and then when we found the blockage you could see and had twisted inside itself.

The part of the hose under the black plastic bend-relief...
The part of the hose under the black plastic bend-relief part has split, so water now rushes down the hose as you are holding the spray nozzle that's attached to the hose. And although this is advertised as a 1/2-inch hose, there is a small 3/16-inch hole in the fitting that your nozzle screws onto, so that restriction does not permit very much water through it. Can't wash a car with this hose, but it's okay for watering potted plants. Also, the threads on the aluminum end have worn-off from dragging it around. Disappointed in the quality. Would not buy again.

BETTER THAN RUBBER HOSES
This steel hose is more flexible than rubber-type hoses. Rubber hoses are very stiff in cool weather and don't wind around a hose reel by fighting back; whereas the steel hose stays very flexible in cold or hot weather and winds easily around a hose reel.

Bad value
Be aware there is NO warranty. I bought this in March 2021. It is now Oct. 2021 and it is ready to burst! I would not recommend this hose. However, I still need a short quality hose to replace this piece of junk. Any ideas?

Wow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a really cool waterhose! I am really loving the way this hose doesn't kink up and take forever to unravel and pinch. I love that it isn't heavy and can definitely not crack or rust. Just altogether awesome

Finally -- a sturdy lightweight flexible hose that's not made out of flimsy cloth-like fibers or rubber or stiff poly!!!! And it comes in various lengths to choose from!!!! Only drawback is the steel is very hot to the touch from the sun so be aware before handling or use gloves.
