I ordered one of these sinks it was shipped thru Home Depot and it didn't have any of the hardware for installation ,

AnswerThat is correct. It is an undermount sink and really the only additional item you would need to mount it would be an adhesive. If you are referring to the strainer basket and drain assembly, I fell for the same deceptive photo in the ad here. It appears you get the sink and strainer and drain assembly. Not true!
what is the size at the top inside == 15 x 15 -?

Very nice quality and so far no issues. Slightly deeper would be a bonus but it does the job.
The photo/advertisement shows a very nice chrome basket strainer and post installed in the sink photo but they are not included. Yes I read the description, after I ordered it, and it did tell me it was not included in the fine print. I was like you and saw the sink and strainer pictured in the ad and placed the order.
