The Blazer yellow reflective 48 in. driveway marker is perfect for marking any area that needs special awareness. Great for marking driveways, parking lots and curbs for snow removal. Each staff is made of durable fiberglass and has a protective cap on top to prevent splintering when tapped in. The top 10 in. of each marker is wrapped with high visibility reflective tape making it visible from all angles.

they survived a mild (only 2-3 storms with 5” or...
they survived a mild (only 2-3 storms with 5” or more of snow) new england winter, good reflectivity from a reasonable driving distance, they even stood up to the snowplow driver pushing and driving the snowplow onto one of them when he helped me clear my driveway..it simply popped right back up..with no damage..didn’t bend or break.

It is what it is. A stout fiberglass rod, with a taper on one end, and reflective tape on the other end. Probably impervious to breakage.
I did not use it for a driveway. I needed a rod of this length to create a better version of my cat's favorite toy, which was a cheap plastic tube, with a string and a toy mouse on the end. I used some mason's twine, and a mouse I bought that was pretty durable. It cost maybe a dollar more total than the cheap cat toy which was breaking and falling apart.
Our cats love this toy, and the rod was a lot cheaper than getting a real fishing rod to re-purpose for this amusing task.
You might call it "Cat Fishing"!

Reflectors
Be careful. The fiberglass
Comes off and gives you splinters very easily. You can't get the splinters out easily because you cannot see them!

Home Depot has great service
I used the driveway markers as alignment sticks for golf. So if that's your plan, they do in fact work for that. Home Depot has great service. I selected whatever the cheap or free shipping was and they were at the store the next day (days ahead of schedule).
