Not a substantial product. Very disappointed!
I purchased two of these, and the clips connecting the hanger cords to the pot popped through the holes as another reviewer suggested. I purchased small "S" hooks for a more secure connecting between the pot slots and the hanger. However, the weight of the soil (and the plants aren't even big/heavier yet!) and summer heat combined have stressed the contact points. I'm just waiting to have one break and fall. I am considering taking them both back with the plants in them (but if I try to repot them, I will look my vines from seeds). IF I can edit this to tell whether a return was accepted and how, I will do so. In the middle of writing this, I just tried to call the number 800-430-3376 which is at the right of this composition box and got nothing but run around electronic messages.
