Are the wheels lockable?

AnswersNo. But they stay in place on flat ground, or my deck. You could turn the wheels by hand & most likely lock the saucer in place on a slight grade if needed.

This is a great product and well priced! We placed a huge pot that normally sits on our porch in spring/summer and then is brought inside for colder weather. The pot placed on the dolly measures approximately 12-13" diameter at the bottom, 17" in height and flares out to 20" in diameter at the top. The pot is quite heavy and not one that I can move even a few inches without this dolly. The dolly is strong, solid and exceeded our expectations! The pot is kept on the dolly in a corner of our breakfast area, but sometimes needs additional light. This dolly allows me to easily roll it over towards are sliding glass door a couple times a week to provide added light to our plant. The distance from where it is normally kept to the glass door is approximately 15 feet. This product rolls smoothly every time and makes it extremely easy to keep our plant healthy in the winter time. Without the dolly, I would be unable to move the pot more than a few inches. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
