I like the stackable planter, because I can plant a lot of herbs without it taking a lot of space. I also like that when I water the top tray, any excess water will go into the bottom tray. Under both trays there is a tray which will catch any extra moisture. We have put two kinds of basil and cilantro in there and will leave it in the bedroom until it is warm enough to put outside. I like that it has detailed dimensions on the website in case you have a small area you want to fit it into. There are also plenty of photographs too. I wish there was a better way of stacking the trays and feeling confident that they will stay in place. There are several small parts sticking out of the bottom of the top tray to help locate it, but it isn’t very secure. See photo. Hopefully when it has the weight of dirt in it that will stabilize it.

The " BLOEM COLLINS MEDIUM 16 IN. DENIM BLUE MODULAR MULTI LEVEL 2-TIER VERTICAL HERB PLANTER" is a really nice compact indoor/outdoor planter option for those with tight spaces and just want some greenery. Unpacking was easy, no real instructions need but some brief ones were on the inside of the cardboard. Very easy to use. I have already started planting some lettuce, herbs, scallions. I don't think you can do anything bigger than those. Just not enough depth for toms, or larger veg. Love that they are stackable and very light but sturdy. I am growing already and everything is working they way it should and looks great.

High Quality plastic containers (i.e. not the cheap flimsy type). Lovely and perfect stack-able herb pots. Just what I was looking for. The pot stacks perfectly using a “wedge” that is on the bottom so they will place one top of another and keeps the pots lined up over each other allowing proper drainage of water down through each layer and into the bottom water pan. The pots Do Not “lock” onto each other so they could still slide or get knocked over. The pots are small enough and yet still large enough to place on small area and yet still grow quite a bit of plants. Each pot has three (3) “sections” allowing you to plant up to 3 different plants in each layer. I enjoy the that I can place this stack-able potted plant on my counter or windowsill to grow small flowers, plants, and best of all Herbs for cooking. It is also expandable to stack more pots on top if I need to creating a tower of herbs.

Well how cool is this! Every spring I plant herbs in small pots all around my deck, these pots take up a lot of space and are always blowing over with a strong wind. I saw this and just knew it would be perfect, you can place up to six different plants in the planter, they all have good size slots so they have room to grow. This would be actually gorgeous with color coordinating flowers planted in it. I’m not sure if they have different colors available because I would prefer white but this will be fine once there’s plants growing in it. I wish I could plant now but it’s too cold here, bring on springtime!

This two tier stacking planter is great for small or indoor spaces. I plan on putting some mint, parsley, sage, rosemary and maybe even some strawberries in it when it is safer to go outside. The construction is good and the set is very sturdy and it all fits well together. There are drainage holes in each tier and it really does add a bit of uniqueness with its fun shape.

So cute! This little garden packs seven planting locations in a really nicely-sized, pretty container garden. I especially like the flow-through design; the drainage holes line up with the container below, so when I water the top level, the excess water drains into the lower level, eliminating waste. The same drainage holes on the lower level drain into the matching tray, and that water can be poured back into the top the next day. Zero waste, and less drying of the soil because of the second level on top AND the protected sides of the bottom level. Especially important is that the drain holes DO NOT drain out onto the table. Small nubs on the bottom of the levels line them up with one another. This is perfect for someone wanting fresh herbs in their kitchen. Frequent trimming from easy use will keep the plants tight and compact and healthy. When fresh herbs are literally an arms-reach away, we use them much more readily than when we have to walk across the yard. I really like this cute container garden. Bloem did a great job in the design and construction, and I like the blue for a nice pop of color as I’m waiting for my plants to mature.

Don't be fooled by the images of this planter, it may look small but keep in mind it is 16 inches and quite large! The stacking mechanism isn't super secure or anything, it's just basically you stack one on top of the other and hope no one bumps into it, but it is quite a lovely design. If I didn't already have an herb box I would definitely use this for herbs, but in my case I am going to use the two trays separately for flowers.

Looking for a planter when I passed over this blue multi level odd shaped planter. Having used pottery planters with scoops in the sides to hold plantings, this looked like a better idea. It wanted to be a herb planter but I have no luck with any herbs that I tried to grow in the past. But, when I saw the assortment of Inpatients in the garden center of Home Depot a light went off over my head. I picked some Inpatients of various colors and started arrange them in this stackable planter to display them together in one location. Since it had drainage holes pre-drilled in the top and bottom containers that allowed access down to the matching saucer tray, I ran a leaching cord to the saucer tray from the top planter. This I learned from my wife's Violet planters. Now I know that it is a durable resin that should be fade resistant. I found that the top planter has to go on to the bottom in a particular way as there are pegs to guide the placement. I like this Bloem Collins Medium Denim Blue Modular Multi Level Two Tier Vertical Planter.

I was looking for a multi planter for herbs that was not the typical terra-cotta pot. This seem to do what’s necessary and it was a bit larger than I thought it was going to be. The only thing that I’m unsure of is the sturdiness of the top compartment that just sits on top of the bottom. there isn’t anything that latches them together so the top does move around and may be knocked off. You can also use them separately but then they would take up more space.

This review is for the Bloem Collins medium Denim Blue 2 tier vertical planter. 16inches. This is a very cool looking planter. I had one something like it once before but the design on this one is so much nicer and more unusual. I really like the Denim Blue color, it matches my house perfectly. I plan to plant as weather permits many different herbs in it. Cant wait!
