Made with plastic, this plant saucer enables long-lasting use. Heavy-duty plant saucers will not leak and are perfect for indoor and outdoor applications. Saucers work with a variety of containers, including ceramic, terra-cotta, fabric pots and more. The Terra saucer is circular in shape and is compatible with most planters.     I don’t see why not. But since the pot is plastic, I’d avoid any paint that reacts with polyethylene. Depending upon where you plan to put it, a water based acrylic may work.

    These are super strong and have more wheels than most others. They are so superior to those that I bought off the shelf. Unfortunately, the tray is not deep enough to hold much water so I paired these with plant saucers that matched the size and color. These hold my 100 pound plants with ease. Highly recommended....

    Bought this saucer as well as a large planter to make a water feature for my wife. The sauser is 17 inches in diameter and the pot was a little larger. Using some glass mirror hangers screwed to the inside of the pot to support the sauser, holes were drilled around the inner perimeter so water would drain back into the pot. Bought a clear polycarbonate chip and dip tray to act as the water bowl, I drilled a hole thru both for the pump hose to pass thru. Then added some rocks and some LED Strip lights for nighttime effect. Looks great and going to do another soon, going back to Home Depot for another pot and sauser.

    Measured as per description and fit my pots just fine. Quality was typical for lasting 2 to 3 planting seasons of outdoor use. Figured I paid a little more than it should have cost however I figured the price you pay for the selection of colors and sizes available with online order compared to running store to store in hope they have what you want in stock. There is raised ridge that planter should be centered over, Note, if your saucer is too large for your pot size (as in picture) then centering over the center circle ridge becomes critical to keep pot steady.

    We have used these trays for plants, but this particular purchase was to use them as bird baths. They are the perfect depth for the birds to enjoy a drink or a full bath. We have an elevated platform that utilizes three of these trays and the birds are in them all the time.

    sturdy, deep, attractive color, good design keeps plant pot off the bottom so that water can get underneath. Used this to protect our front porch surface from staining, etc., from our potted tree. I will buy more of various sizes for our plants
