I just posted my review and 4 photos of natural, solid hickory Blue Ridge flooring. It should be on Home Depot website in a day or 2. If u haven't purchased flooring yet I recommend Blue Ridge WAY over Bruce brand.

We installed around 1100 sqft in the second floor thru homedepot installation. It has been a week . Pros : Beautiful color ,the grain is unique not too strong and not too light , minimal wastage . Cons: 1 .Low gloss floor looks somewhat dull prob medium gloss would have been better for some sheen. 2. I do see some board chipped already on the edges so I am worried about the durability . 3. We ordered a sample box before chosing the floor. It was dark but the 1100 sqft floorswe ordered a month later is lighter than sample box . I would have liked the sample box color. We still have to put 1800 sqft for the first floor but we are going to wait and see how these floors hold up.This is due to the wood chipping on the edges . 4. The floors squeak so I am wondering whether I should have chosen 4 inch? Overall I would give a 4 rating for this product!.

I had this flooring installed in majority of my home last month and have had nothing but problems with it. Ran out of flooring because we had to return so many warp/splintering boxes. The boards that were laid began to splinter/peel within days everywhere even in rooms that aren't even used like spare bedroom. My 7 year old keeps snagging her socks on this this TERRIBLE floor. We could never go barefoot with this floor. I contacted Home Depot and they had someone come out and look at it. The took pictures of the floor and sent it to the manufacture because he said it is a "manufacturing issue". I waited about a week never heard anything from anyone. So I called Home Depot. They gave me Blue Ridge's phone number. Called Blue Ridge they claim person handling the claim abruptly left and they don't have the information anymore. The said a different person is handling claims now and needs Home Depot to provide the information again. Called Home Depot and they sent information to Blue Ridge again right away. Since then I have been passed around to several different people at Blue Ridge. They now won't return my calls or emails. I wish someone would of warned me never to buy any product from Blue Ridge. Total waste of money & time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible variations in width This is beautiful flooring but just look at the picture. The variation in widths is pathetic and all the mistakes and flaws in QC essentially double the installation time. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

We've only opened and installed about half of the 28 boxes so far. 1) So far there have been only a few (4?) Pieces of wood that are discolored, appearing as though they may have water stains or some processing flaw that is under the polyurethane finish. Although, compared to the Br*c* brand hickory solid wood unstained prefinished flooring we bought in the past from Home Depot, this number is very minimal. Br*c* brand had exponentially more pieces of water stain type discoloration and thus a couple boxes of unusable, ugly wood. That's expensive for buyers. Yes, they were delivered that way. 2) Of the Blue Ridge boxes opened so far, 2 pieces were (lengthwise cut) 1/8" off from the rest of the boards. One was narrow, one was wide. They might be usable for edges. 3) Overall the flooring is beautiful and we would buy this brand again.

Herein are defects I found, too many planks have: scratches, cracks, some planks were completely broken, some having defective staining, broken locks. Additional note about delivery (by UPS) - it was awful - 5 boxes out of 55 were destroyed. Bottom line - I am not a happy customer :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nuthatch absolutely beautiful dark floors I wish they put the stock photos right . We were looking for medium dark. We ordered a sample but it was light. We ordered a case and it is stunning. I wish I found this a year back wasted all my weekends looking.we will be putting this floor for our house which is around 3000sqft I will post the pictures this review is for people who are looking dark floors but with the stock photos didn’t choose it. It also looks so modern I can’t stop staring the floors that we laid from the case

We did the entire first floor. We purchased 55 boxes and only three pieces of flooring damaged. Either the tongues were bad or there were defects on the surface to where you could not use the piece even as a starter or end. Didn't need the estimated 10% extra.
