Originally from the Mediterranean, this herb variety has become a key ingredient for delicious pasta sauces and other Italian dishes. Plants are easy to care for and grow well in containers. Because they tend to spread and grow low to the ground, they also make a fragrant, unexpected ground cover. Harvest often to keep plants from flowering. Plants do best with low humidity and well-drained soil.

A:  I planted mine in a 1 cubic foot growing bag. This appears to be plenty of room. An 8" terra cotta pot? I can't say.

Great plants! We found many options to meet our landscaping needs. Pricing was very fair. Now if we can just keep the rabbits and deer away.

It’s only been a week since the Oregano has planted, but it’s stayed in great health so far in this Arizona heat. I do have it in a raised bed planter and slightly shaded.
