Great bathtub/shower combo
Very pleased with this bathtub/shower. Was a very easy install as long as you make sure everything is level, it all goes together with no problem. Tub is great quality and I love the walls. Great addition to my bathroom remodel.

Beautiful. Fun project . totally satisfied. I would buy again. Nice shiny enameled porcelain , plenty deep enough. much more solid than the acrylic tub I installed before. Great product. i’ve had it for about a month. The five year old grand child well be safe due to the awesome nonslip surface of the tub. I am older now and my balance is not what it used to be, but I feel safe taking a shower and not slipping all around . definitely meets my expectations and exceeds them. The only negative thing I can say about the tub is the damage on the bottom of the tub.

Issues with Bootz Ind quality
Shower surround had a slight flaw in one of the stamped tiles. BI was contacted but they would not yield to any resolution. Contractor did a good job on the install despite problems with alignment of the panels. BI was not helpful with this issue as well.

looks great but very difficult installation
We had a really hard time getting the tub in place. The instructions say to attach the drain plumbing prior to installation but the way our plumbing is done we wouldnt have been able to tighten the plumbing once it was in. So getting the drain hole to perfectly line up with the plumbing took quite a few attempts. The surround was also very difficult. The two solid panels went in with ease but the one that we had to drill for plumbing we struggled getting it to lock into place. We broke off a couple of the tips of the latches, thankfully not enough to cause an installation problem but we could see how that could happen. In the end, we love the look of it and feel confident its water tight, just wish installation was easier

Perfection!
This was VERY aggravating to put in at first, but we soon realized our floor was slopped a little causing the pieces not to align properly. After fixing the floor it was a breezy. I highly recommend this kit. It’s so beautiful!

Great product, looks really good compared to our old one....
Great product, looks really good compared to our old one. The shelf is great - there is a little less elbow space but a curved shower rod solves that and it's worth it for the storage.
