[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch dishwasher is the best appliance I've ever had. It's sooo quiet you barely hear it running. It cleans very well and drying is incredible. I replaced a builder grade Frigidaire dishwasher with the Bosch and I'll never look back. I'm even considering replacing the other kitchen appliances with Bosch products.

To be honest this model is simple enough and cycles fit my lifestyle. Two things I am still getting used to is wetness of dishes and yhe racks. All the slots in bottom tray are slanted which makes it difficult to fit securely items such as vases, mixer and some pans. If anyone can advise on how i might get around these it would be appreciated. One thing does stand out that dishes are definitely extremely clean!

We shopped around, tried to find good deals, but fell in love with the BOSCH 500 for a handful of reasons. 1. First, the third rack. Everyone says you *HAVE* to get a dishwasher with a third rack. I thought they were stupid until I had one. You HAVE to get a dishwasher with a third rack. 2. The app. You don't exactly need an app for your dishwasher until you realize that you can control the smallest details of how your dishes are washed. I adjust the rinse aid setting when washing wine glasses for a shine as bright as the heavens. 3. The adjustable racks. You can truly accommodate dozens of different configurations with the adjustable prongs, wine glass holders, and rack heights. All that to say: if you want God to wash your dishes for you, buy this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Bosch dishwasher. It was rated as the quietest and it sure is! You can't hear it at all. The indicator light on the right side at the floor is the only hint that the dishwasher is running. The dishwasher cleans incredibly. We are completely impressed by this dishwasher. So glad we made the investment.

A good dishwasher, ruined by an awful "smart" app. This Bosch 500 dishwasher gets dishes, pots, and pans clean. The washer's flexible 3-rack system gives the machine amazing capacity. It is environmentally friendly, using less detergent than other washers, and can crack the door at the end of the wash cycle to air dry dishes. Sadly, the phone app is terrible. It's the only way to run delayed/scheduled cycles, which are important if you have on/off-peak electric rates. I can't get it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] loved all 3 Bosch dishwasher we have owned #1 A 300 series quiet as a mouse and cleaned superbly. Cleaning the filter was easy. During it life someone used the open door as a footstool and the door hinge twisted and it would not seal. Enter... #2 Another 300 series and it had the controls on the front of the door not the top GREAT. Same excellent cleaning with the whisper silence. Now we move, leaving it behind #3 A 500 series model was purchased as the new house had a 20 year old dishwasher. Again it is performing at the Bosch level of sound and cleaning.

She loves the upper third rack for cutlery and small items! Just the perfect combinatio of quite and adjustability
