The freezer basket has enough room for my frozen vegetables and the bottom basket is large enough for the meats. I bought this refrigerator instead of buying a freezer. Everything is visible I can actually see everything thing with a clear view I do not have to dig in the freezer. The water is soo good that I do not drink bottle water I get a glass fit it with ice and drink more water than I ever did before. I also like the water bottle filling feature It is very convenient to fill any kind of water bottle. Most of all I like the stainless steel back look inside and that is why I named this refrigerator "The Classic French Double Door Refrigerator.

This a great refrigerator it was on sale for $2,499.00 around the same price as the LG I was looking at. The sales lady at the Sterling location really cares and wants you to get the best in your budget not pushy at all. If you have a small kitchen and think you can only get a countertop depth refrigerator you should look at the Bosch 500 Serices because I went with standard depth 26 CU FT. The delivery driver was great brought in the frig even though I told him on the phone before he got the my townhouse it might not fit and let me inspect it for damages before signing off. So quiet and perfect so far I'm happy with the purchase. 24-7 Bosch phone support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be happier with the refrigerator. It is very quite, plenty of space for what ever we need to keep frozen or cold. The drawer slides very smoothly. We did our own installation because cabinet needed to be raised up 1 1/2". The only negative is for us it is not a flush install it's what is called cabinet depth! The features are easy to understand. We don't have a smartphone so can't comment on that part. I will say with a name like Bosch you can't go wrong!!!

First of all it looks great and has a full 26 cu ft of storage which is a big increase from a standard side by side. That is a lot of storage space for anything you can think of including large party trays. The ice maker is located at the top left of the the refrigerator section but is not intrusive. The ice storage area is a bit smaller than other brands, but this produces lots of ice and very quickly so no need to worry. The entire back is a beautiful stainless steel while the crisper drawers are well label for the fruit or vegetable settings. There is a a hands free bottle filler in with the water and ice dispenser area that is supplied water through Bosch's industry-leading water filter, UltraClarityPro, which removes an astonishing >99.9% of sediments that may be found in your water, including harsh elements like chlorine and chloramine. There is also the Home Connect app which helps you manage the fridge remotely and also tells you if the door was left open and let you set the fridge to vacation mode, passover mode, or even turn the ice maker off. In order to get it into my kitchen, I had to remove the doors which was surprisingly easy with the directions provided and the wheels on the bottom helps me easily move it into place. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this product. I am very happy with my first Bosch appliance and I will definitely buy more in the future.

Great refrigerator upgrade. This is a will built and solid unit manufactured with quality parts. The unit looks great. Has nice wide solid handles and doors. When you open the top refrigeration part the doors open nice and wide and allow access to a nice brightly lit and well organized interior. Plenty of shelves on the doors and I really like that they have two large shells that can each hold two gallon jugs. The interior shelves are easily adjustable and made of glass so that everything is bright and easy to see. There are two large humidity controlled drawers for fresh fruits and vegetables. And also a nice full with drawer underneath in order to store smaller refrigerated items. The freezer section is also large with a nice size split drawer to help keep smaller items organized within the freezer. I also like that each of the refrigerator doors can be opened or closed and dependently. Some of the early units you had to close them in a certain order this one it doesn't matter which one you open or close first. Even though this is the same cubic feet as my traditional side by side it definitely has more interior space. Lastly as a bonus it also is connected to Wi-Fi and your phone and can be set to give you alarms if the temperature drops too low in the freezer etc and also if the door is left open at all. I find that this has been helpful with my kids who sometimes leave the door slightly open only to find out hours later the things are starting to warm up or defrost. Overall very pleased with this refrigerator and with the Bosch reputation should last for many years

We love this fridge and the extra space of the 26 cu. ft. size! Previously, we had one that had 21.6 cu. ft. It has been a great fridge, but every now and again I found myself wishing for a little more shelf space, and boy does the extra 4.4 cu. ft. make a difference. For those like me who do not think in cubic feet…this translates to an extra four inches in depth, making the interior shelves 18” deep x 31.5” wide. Depending on your household size and shopping habits (buying bulk, anyone?) this extra space can be a game changer, yet the shape of the fridge keeps everything visible and accessible. The shelves are adjustable by half the width of the fridge, so you can really customize your shelf heights. Additionally, there is one shelf that slides backwards so that you can have half the depth of one shelf, making room for extra tall items, without losing or moving the whole shelf. The doors have large and spacious storage buckets, which help even more when trying to keep things organized. The buckets on the right door are about 7x12 inches wide, and large enough to accommodate 2 one gallon milk jugs on one shelf. The left door has smaller shelves to work around the water dispenser to maximize usable space. The storage buckets sit tightly with thick see-through material and things inside don’t rattle around or fall down. The 2 crisper drawers have adjustable humidity control that has drastically increased the life of our produce, especially things like lettuce, and they are long enough for celery to fit easily pointing from front to back of the fridge. The freezer is spacious with a large upper drawer that divides the space in half so that you can easily find things, and are no longer losing food forever to the bottom or back of the freezer. This fridge has a sleek design with led lights in both the fridge and freezer, and a well-lit water/ice dispenser, complete with a bottle fill function. The drinking water actually tastes good, and the ice maker produces ice quite fast, with no extra “freezer taste”. The stainless steel doors don’t show fingerprints or water stains and the fridge overall is easy to clean inside and outside. The fridge operates rather quietly and it doesn’t make any noise that can bother you. The manual boasts some interesting modes, like vacation and Sabbath. You can also set up the Home Connect app which does everything from notify you if the door is open (in addition to the usual beeping), to allowing you to adjust the temperature, mode, light, water dispenser settings… from a distance. It can also show when the water filter needs to be changed. For us, the greatest feature is the size and layout of the interior of the fridge and freezer. Over all, this is an attractive and well thought out appliance that we look forward to enjoying for years to come!

Bosch makes high quality tools, did not know they also manufacture appliances. This refrigerator is a 26in cu. Ft. French 3 door with water and ice dispenser. This model has a stainless steel finish. One note an additional water line might be needed to reach the house water connection to the fridge water line since the water line is fed through the top of the fridge instead of the bottom, for me it was just shy of making it to the house connection, my advice is to purchase an additional one in case you need it. Also this is a very heavy refrigerator I highly recommend having Home Depot deliver and install to get it moved into your kitchen. To get the ice dispenser working you will need to hold the lock and light button together to initiate the touch buttons, this will activate the light bar to activate the assortment of buttons for the ice water dispenser (see pics) and so on see page 20 on the instructions which will explain how to switch on and off the water and ice dispenser etc, I must say that the service that I incurred from Bosch was excellent, trying to figure out how to turn on the ice dispenser, the tech lady Christy immediately reached out to me by phone and walked me through it, she was very extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, she went above and beyond. When I received this refrigerator Bosch took great care to see that it is very well packed with molded styrofoam to keep everything from shifting and protect the glass shelves during transit. One of the thing that I thought was a clever design with the bottle dispenser when you press the water lever the water will flow towards the back so it does not splash on the floor. This is a very spacious refrigerator with a assortment of movable shelves (see pics) to accommodate different types of food, the crisper has humidity control to keep fruits and vegetables fresh and a separate one for meat. Containers are very well lit. Overall it's a great looking appliance. When you open the refrigerator doors at the top portion is a touch control panel (see pics) where you can change the settings for how cold you want the refrigerator also another setting for how cold you want the freezer also has an indicator when you will need to replace the water filter. The water filter is very accessible and is easy to replace, the manufacturer suggest that the refrigerator be maintained at 37°, the freezer should be 0°, of course these are adjustable (see pics) to customize to your liking. The freezer on the bottom is a large capacity and a sliding drawer for easy access to most used items like ice cream. The width of this refrigerator is 35 3/4", the depth is 33 5/8", depth w/handles 35 5/8", height is 69 1/2". Most kitchen cabinets have a width of 36 in since this refrigerator is 35 3/4" you will have an eighth of an inch on each side to get it in and I had no problems and getting this refrigerator moved between my kitchen cabinets.There is a Home Connect app where you can control some of the functions from your computer, laptop, cell phone. The refrigerator is very quiet with an occasional noise from the ice dropping into the container. The handles will need to be installed and there will be tools provided, which was very simple process. You will need to place the shelves where you want them, there are also additional shelves on the door for smaller items. Bosch's warranty is a basic warranty one year for defects in materials and workmanship they're also is an extended warranty on specific parts.
