500 Series 36 in. 26 cu ft Smart Standard Depth French Door Bottom Freezer Refrigerator in Stainless Steel w/ Ice, Water

Never buy the one with the freezer in the refrigerator! Had it for 2 months and Junk! Nothing but problems! Offered to pay to upgrade to the ice machine in the freezer and they don’t care about the customer. Been waiting for 2 month and I keep just getting the run around. Never will I purchase and Bosch Home appliance. They will reply and tell you to reach out to them. And wait on the phone for an hour before someone even answers! Horrible, horrible customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So excited to own my first Bosch refrigerator, we love the interior and the simplicity of it. The only drawback is that the water dispenser is a little sensitive to the touch. Other that that we are thrilled with our purchase.

We have only had it for a few weeks so will try to provide another review in a few months. We love the soft closing bottom drawer and the amount of storage that the freezer provides. I love the usage of the space around the ice maker compartment where you can store smaller items. This refrigerator is deeper than our previous model so we like the extra space but even with the extra space it does not stick out into the room further than it should. I downloaded the available app and added the fridge to the app so I can monitor if any of the doors are left open. I love this feature! The lighting in the fridge is great. So far I have no negatives to report. I am extremely happy with this purchase

The bottom drawer freezer, with its double internal drawer is very spacious. The upper French doors hold a lot of items...both big and small. Overall, A+

From the time it was delivered to the time it was plugged in and started running, it has been a splendid and satisfying experience. After the initial set up and letting run water (4-5 gallons) to get rid of any debris or sediments, the water and ice function has run smoothly. Our sons are addicted to the ice and crunching it up and enjoying it with all their beverages. We are very happy with this product so far and will be also once our 30" gas stove arrives.

So we grudgingly trekked to the appliance store and checked them all out. The Bosch checked off all my requirement boxes for style and electrical efficiency but what stood out was the economy of space used by the in-the-door icemaker. The interior space is definitely superior to other brands. The unit is quiet! Our kitchen is open to our family room, where we spend all our time. The fridge noise is minimal. The icemaker, so far has operated flawlessly. In our experience, this has been the "achilles' heel" of most in-the-door icemaker units. It makes ice rapidly, it is quiet and produces good quality filtered water and ice. My one complaint is that one has to close the top doors mindfully to ensure that it closes properly. You can't just give it a nudge and it will seal itself. Small price to pay for an attractive, highly efficient refrigerator. Bosch is a trusted brand and all my appliances are now Bosch.
