I was very disappointed because the fridge didn’t match this picture. It came as a custom which does not have the white doors. I found out I have to have custom doors made, which wasn’t clear to me. I’m very stressed out having to come up with a new solution and very disappointed in how this product was presented.

After reviewing the product description online we see that the product description states, "custom panel ready" which means the refrigerator is designed to fit a custom panel of customer's choice. Below the product description is the second bullet point which reads, "Requires the installation of custom panel (not included)". I was apprehensive about the "smaller" fridge, but I don't regret the purchase at all. Smart wifi connect features and smart design too.Easy to set up. If you know how to properly pack a fridge, it's not actually that small. Great size to fit in smaller apartments. I installed this in an IKEA Sektion frame and Reform custom panels. Installation of the panels wasn't hard, it just took a little longer than expected. Some of the shelves on the door could be more effienct/better placed. But overall it's a quality product and I get a lot of compliments on this appliance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Recently installed this integrated front refrigerator/bottom freezer during my kitchen remodel. It looks wonderful, works well with both crisp temperatures in the refrigerator and brisk temps in the freezer. My only problem is the poor design of the interior space. There are five storage units on the door, three are shelving to hold small sized jars, eggs, etc. I wished they had moved the lower shelf further down so that I could store bottled salad dressing or other condiments. There is definitely wasted space, and with a refrigerator this size, it's really unfortunate. Same goes for the shelving in the main compartment, there is only one shelf that holds anything tall. It would be best to redesign the unit allowing more flexibility in arranging the shelves. The capacity is workable (although significantly smaller then my previous refrigerator), but would be much more efficient if shelving was better. Also, my previous refrigerator had a shallow pull out tray for ice cubes. I wish this unit had something similar, instead the ice cube tray is placed in a deep drawer, that tilts forward when opening. These are minor changes that could dramatically change the use of this unit. I'm actually surprised that no one at Bosch considered them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
