FIRE HAZARD- DO NOT BUY- BOSCH KNOWS
Horrifying experience, I'm not alone google it. It caught on fire, thankfully it was stopped. Drawer broke into pieces. Could've been a serious house fire. 1 year old. Bosch knows about it and it is doing nothing about it. Do not buy, stay safe!

Great looking but some things to consider
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave has great looks but one of my biggest pet peeves it that there's no option to backlight the buttons. When your in the kitchen at night and you don't want to turn on the kitchen lights it's very difficult to navigate the buttons. This is issue is compounded since the microwave is not elevated like on a counter or above a range.

Very disappointed
I purchased this microwave 7-2019 and it stop heating and making a loud noise. This microwave cost to much to have to start paying for repairs.

Seal is broken
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look but my drawer microwave was installed and one of the inner seals is broken. I am leery of using it as steam develops BETWEEN the glass and extends up into the clock display. A replacement is supposed to be on the way. Hopefully soon. Otherwise it is an easy to use microwave and sets low so no more balancing while reaching up to remove hot items.

Beautiful design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would've rated this a 5-star, but the device stopped working after the first day and would only work intermittently. Bosch came out to recalibrate the door and now it works perfectly! Very quiet and sleek. Looks perfect in my new kitchen (still finishing trim work, etc.)

Guests are all envious of our microwave due to its modern, sleek design and great functionality. It's multiple features for cooking, reheating, defrosting and even softening ice cream are top notch! You have made my busy lifestyle so much easier. Thank you! PS: other brands had serious issues with starting on fire- no reviews that I could see with Bosch models. This was the main reason for selecting, but I am so happy that we chose this one.
