Great Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our dishwasher for a little over a month now and are extremely pleased with its performance and its noise level - or should I say lack of noise level. We had a Bosch dishwasher at our old house that was like 18 years old and still running great so it was a no brainer to go with Bosch again.

Love our dishwasher

Best thing? Plastics actually DRY.
Totally worth the 800 series......

Stains/etching on front panel
The stainless steel on the front panel of the Bosch 800 permanently stains/etches. We even ordered a new front panel from Bosch (cost us $151) in case the first was defective, and yep, the new panel is now stained/etched too. We have a utility sink, so we do not use chemicals near the dishwasher. No small kids in the house either, only teenagers (and they rarely touch the dishwasher). No issues with the stainless steel on our Bosch microwave, Bosch double ovens, or prior Thermador dishwasher.

Upgrade Your Dishwashing Game!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're in the market for a new dishwasher, I highly recommend the Bosch model SHPM88Z75N. I've had it for a few weeks now, and it's amazing. The installation was straightforward, and I was able to do it myself with ease. Everything was clear and straightforward, and I had all the connections I needed since I was replacing an old dishwasher. However, watch the interactions for leveling, as it may be a bit confusing at first.
One of the things that immediately stood out to me was how quiet it was. I used to only run the dishwasher overnight, but now I can run it anytime I want. My kitchen and living room are all in one room, and it's so quiet that I can even run it while watching TV, and I can't hear it at all. It's a massive improvement over my previous dishwasher.
I was skeptical about the drying of this model since it doesn't have a heating element, but it does quite well. It's as good as my previous dishwasher that had a heating element. Obviously, there's nothing you can do if something has a lip and captures water. The only issue I had was with the strong jets throwing some plastic items around in the washer, but I found creative ways to place them, and the problem was solved.
I also love the top rack for my knives and larger utensils, which I used to have to find creative places for in my previous dishwasher. This frees up a lot of space, allowing me to run much larger loads than before. I don't have to run multiple loads anymore, which is a big plus.
The only possible negative thing I noticed is the timeout of the cycle when the door is opened. It takes a little getting used to having to hit start again to make sure it starts after being opened for a minute.
Overall, the Bosch SHPM88Z75N is well worth the price for all the benefits it offers over my previous dishwasher. I'm already looking at more Bosch products to replace other items in my kitchen. If you're looking for a new dishwasher, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Good replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electronics in our original dishwasher grave out and at the suggestion of our appliance repairman, we chose the Bosch. I like the features and the design and quality. The only thing I haven't quit gotten used to is the design of the electronic buttons, as they are difficult to switch on with a single touch.

Spots won’t come out
I have only cleaned the outside of this per the directions on the Bosche website and there are spots that won’t come out on the front of the washer. I have only had it 6 months and they appeared much earlier, and I just now got around to looking into the warranty and apparently it’s not covered. I am really disappointed because this was an expensive washer and now it just looks old. I would recommend a different washer.

Amazing, it also cleans my grill grates
