Dishwasher Delight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously owned a Samsung relatively higher end DW. Faulty part after only about 3 years. Replaced part with OEM and lasted about 4 months. Bought Bosch due to reviews and personal recommendations. From day1 it is the best dishwasher we ever owned. Quiet!!!!! Noticeable difference in quality of cleanliness even if dishes aren't rinsed. Would highly recommend our model!!

My #1 priority was a quiet dishwasher and research told me this was one of the quietest on the market - and dang is it quiet! Our previous dishwasher we only washed over night at bed it was so loud - this one as indicated often you can barely hear it is running. We will run it now even in our open floor plan where the TV couch is right behind the island counter with the dishwasher.
The only "loud" part of dishwashing now seems unavoidable - when the dishwasher pumps out dirty water into the sink drain the rush of water is a bit loud - but I suppose that is unavoidable as the sound is actually coming from the sink drain hole. It only lasts a few seconds and happens 2-3 times a cycle so no big deal.
The installation was easy enough, I did it myself. The hardest part was clamping it to the sink counter but a few youtube videos got me through it. It's also slightly dififcult to adjust the feet just right to have it level if you have no tile where the back feet are - but it was manageable.
At first the 3rd rack feels weird to put silverware on top - but I took out the silverware racks (they sit in the under sink cabinet unused now) and the main benefit is you have more space on the bottom rack if you don't use the silverware holder. Also while putting the silverware in the dishwasher takes more time - taking out is actually faster because you just grab handfuls of silverware and easily put them back in a drawer.
I mostly use it on auto (and I am using rinse aid) - the cleaning and drying is excellent. I used heavy 1 time on some super soiled pots & pans and they came out spotless - so that is nice. Haven't used the quick cycles yet but I read that the quick cycles + sanitize are great for quick runs with baby bottles and I'll be dealing with that in a few months.

Dependable and Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having 2 LG dishwashers in only 3 years, I changed brands. My Bosch dishwasher is amazing, cleaning everything in it every time. It also holds almost all of my dishes. The 3rd top rack is great for smaller items, such as measuring spoons. I didn't change brands after my 1st LG quit on me because it matched my other appliances. This Bosch matches perfectly. I should have chosen a Bosch sooner!

Vewy Vewy Quiet and Handsome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even if you aren't appreciative of the Elmer Fudd reference in the title, you can appreciate that this dishwasher is soooo quiet that I cannot tell its running except for the brilliantly idiot proof idea red light which illuminates at the base board area. Selecting a cleaning cycle probably requires a degree in dishwasher engineering, but so far I just select NORMAL and that seems to do the job quite well. I love the third rack for utensils and small items like measuring spoons and to sterilize my chainmail cast iron pot scrubber.
I installed this dishwasher myself! For reference, I am a 65 year old woman with a DIY attitude for almost everything. It was not a piece of cake, but it was about as time consuming as making one. The hardest part was attaching the base panel! I had to lay prostrate on the floor to see the screws. But ultimately, I am very satisfied with my handsome black stainless, top-of-the-line, dishwasher. I believe the intrinsic value is matched by the value it adds to my kitchen and my home.

Works.well, bad warranty
Runs very quiet and cleans dishes well. Ive had the dishwasher about 8 months now, and the top control panel has cracked, and it looks awful. Be aware Bosch offers only 30 days for “cosmetic” issues. Ridiculous. Do better, Bosch

Pretty Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we really like the dishwasher. So far everything has been cleaned perfectly. We also pack the dishwasher. A couple of things I've noticed, it's not as quiet as I thought it would be. I notice it as much as I noticed the kitchen aid we replaced. Not a dealbreaker or anything just something of note. Additionally, I may be pouring the rinse aid in the wrong spot, but it leaked out from the bottom of the compartment when I added it. Lastly, it has the typical downfall of stainless steel, fingerprints and smudges everywhere. We also have a one year old who likes to stand up and put his hands all over it. Other than that we love it. With all the little things I think it still deserves 5 stars.

Bosch 800 series dishwasher

So very quiet that I'm glad it has an operating light that shines a dot on the floor. Cleans and dries like no other. Bosch engineered the installation to be simple with easy front leveling and connections at the back. As all Bosch appliances, I expect this one to last a very long time.

Whisper Quiet but Powerful!

Worth the investment

It cleans brilliantly, is very quiet, and the integrated leveling screw made the installation so much easier. While it was higher in price than our budget would have preferred, it has been very much worth it. We've also found the running light useful so we don't accidentally open during operation. We even might start calling him Bob.
