Asked by: Ron
Hello Mr. Ron, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, we do not stock a carrying case for the Wire Weld Framing Nailer. You may want to check with the manufacturers website http://www.bostitch.com/ , or contact them directly to see if a case can be purchased directly. . 28-Degree 2 in. - 3-1/2 in. Wire Weld Framing Nailer is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Already have nailed 2000 nails with no jams or miss fires. works perfectly

Rated 5 out of 5 by from reliable product I have had mine now for about 3 years. In reference to what a previous ratting said. I prefer wire or welded nail strips to paper or plastic. With this type on nailer, its almost impossible for the nailer to jamb due to nail miss-alignment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good gun. Good value. I love this gun. I have owned three Bostitch framing nailers, and they all have performed very well. I am a custom home builder and remodeler, and sometimes my guns are used constantly for an entire 8 hour day. I was excited to find out that they finally put a framing hook on the gun to hold it to 1 1/2" thick lumber. But, after only about an hour of use, the plastic hook broke off !! They need to use metal like Bosch . . .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forget about it. My friend built over 90 decks last season with this gun. Any D.I.Y. guy will never need to buy another framing nailer after this. WELL worth the money. Fired 2 boxes of 1000 nails and NO misfires. Set to 90 PSI and send it....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! Love it. Did I really frame by hand in the old days? Used with a 150 PSI Pancake compressor. Set regulator at 100 PSI to sink nails exactly to depth. No jamming; misfires etc. Only occasionally double fires. Lightweight; Wife used without incident :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great gun, hook is worthless I have two of these guns, they work flawlessly and have only misfired a couple times, usually due to bent or damaged nails. The hook however is worthless,, it will break off within a month or so due to being plastic. I wouldn't mind a plastic hook if they had an option for a metal hook. If you have one of these guns and the hook broke you can buy a joist hanging bracket at Home Depot for about five bucks, hook it to the gun with a hose clamp and be on your way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from if you're going to go with an odd degree nailer... ok, so it's a 28 degree nailer, but it has the ability to shoot round (or oval) or clipped head nails, depending on who you buy them from. the thing that takes a little getting used to if you're used to using another trigger system is the smart trigger. don't get me wrong, it's a great feature, you just have to remember which way you start off in. the built in (on) ruler is cool for real quick measurement of stud locations when you're doing siding. if you never plan on using it for contact nailing, then there's no reason to install the smart trigger (might as well stick with the gray seq trigger) just for safetys sake. only real downside is having to use the weld nails, but i've read somewhere they can also use other manufacturers nails - just can't confirm this personally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth-it There is nothing worse than a bad tool when your trying to get a job done. This nailer has been worth every penny I spent.
