This couch does NOT hold up

We ordered this couch in September 2019 (it is now Nov 2020), when it was originally listed as https://www.homedepot.com/p/Harper-Bright-Designs-Grey-3-Piece-Microfiber-Sectional-with-Reversible-Chaise-Lounge-Storage-Ottoman-and-Cup-Holder-SK000001EAA/308742309 -- same exact item, different brand. The reviews at the time were mostly positive. It was easy to assemble, but never really felt like the back pieces were well supported. The cushions gave out in a matter of months, they sit all funky now and you can feel the springs when you sit (I'm only 150 lbs, its even worse for my husband). This was the only sectional we could find that fit our space perfectly, otherwise we would have paid more for something higher quality. We already need to replace this. The arm broke under a small amount of pressure. And it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get dog fur off of the base... which is probably with any couch. Honestly, not worth the money, and probably won't ever try buying any furniture from Home Depot again.
