The assembly was hard and they sent two left arm pieces instead of a right and left. I have spent two months trying to get the correct part and still no luck. The phone numbers on their website are not correct and customer service is terrible.

I tried to assemble the chair for more than five...
I tried to assemble the chair for more than five times but always the last three screws don’t fit because groves of the screw and it’s nut are not in the same center line. I emailed the company, they sent me a phone number of a handyman charge me about $600 and may not do it .

Pros: Looks good, as pictured and overall does the job.
Cons:
- The cushions are low density and feel saggy to sit on.
- You'll eventually end up spilling something on the table/storage top, leading you to sorely miss a glasstop over it.
- A couple of the biggest pieces came warped. I tried to unwarp as gently as I could to be able to assemble the set and that still led to cracks in the underlying metal skeleton of those pieces.

It is a beautiful set, however when we unboxed it, the couch seat had multiple places where the shucker had unraveled. Unfortunately, Home Depot was unhelpful and we’ve had to go through another company. It’s been almost two months and we still haven’t gotten the piece we need.

Very easy assembly. The only down sides are the storage unit will not hold all of the pillows, and the pillow are rather thin. Not much cushion.
